Garnier Sakura White Serum Review! 🌸

Some of you might be wondering what is serum exactly. I don't want to go and explain about it in depth because I'm pretty sure you can just google it but basically serum is a skincare product that targets on specific skin concerns, eg: scar, acne, anti-ageing, etc.

Is it a must-have product?

Not necessarily. Plus, it's usually more expensive.

When do you use it?

I bought this on mid-July at Guardian for a price of RM 29.32 because there was a sale. You can check its price at Guardian's website. So, I've been using it for a month. I bought this because I don't have any serum yet in my skincare routine and my face has become suntanned and uneven skin tone as well so in hope this serum would help me with that.

~~~ BASIC INFORMATION ~~~
Product's name: Garnier Sakura White Pinkish Radiance Ultimate Serum
Capacity: 50 ml
~~~ WHAT IT CLAIMS? ~~~

+ more pinkish radiance
+ bouncier and plumper
+ more transparent
+ even skin tone
+ smoother

On the packaging, it claims that this product is suitable for sensitive skin but when you check the ingredient's safeness on cosdna.com, it's proven that there might be a certain ingredients prone to allergy reaction and whatnot. So, it's advisable to do a patch test first.

Here's my review. I like the packaging because it has a pump so it's more sanitary. It's smell so good and yes, it has fragrance. It's creamy texture so it is slightly thick. For oily skin, it can become a bit greasy after 2 to 3 hours of usage. But I really don't mind the greasiness because it's not that much and in fact I'm using this on night time so no big deal.

Amazingly, it does what it claims to do. After two weeks of usage, you could totally see the differences. My dullness and uneven skin tone somewhat has reduced. My face looks more clearer. When I purchased this, I didn't have high expectation on it but this surprises me. All around it's a good product but I'm sure there's a lot more better serum out there. The pros are affordable and available on any drugstores.

Is it recommended?

Yes, especially to those with normal or dry skin type.

Would I repurchase?

Why not? It works well on my skin but I'd love to experiment and try another brand of serum.

So what are your thoughts on this product? Do you have a better suggestion for serum? Leave a comment down below and don't forget to share! ðŸ˜˜

Basic Essential Programs for Student

Next week, I'll be starting my new semester. Goodbye home, goodbye long holidays! It's time to gear things up. The last week of holidays, I would usually spend on downloading animes, movies or dramas into my hard drive. I'd update my Spotify offline playlists ( yup, I'm running on premium account ) and also I would declutter my digital stuffs so basically I'm making my laptop ready for the new semester. Maybe I'll write another post on this so wait for it. I thought I'd share with you guys a few programs that I feel like it's super useful for students.  Evernote Windows Version Web Version  It's an amazing tool to organize and declutter your life. So What's My Skin Care Product?

Searching for the perfect skin care products that matches your skin type can be very tricky. My journey to the perfect skin care products was quite long too. In fact, I still haven't found the perfect moisturiser for me. Nothing that really suitable for my oily skin. I have to admit, living with oily skin type can be a misfortune especially when the environment itself isn't compromising. Malaysia, hot and damp climate is really promoting my skin towards sweat, acne and all you could imagine. I remember getting my first cleanser at 10 years old. It was Clean&Clear and I don't think that version is available anymore. It was just okay for my skin and that was it. I didn't use anything else but just that. I didn't know what was toner or scrub. Nope. No knowledge of that at all. At 15, my mum introduced me to Sabun Pembersih Muka Tia Amelia ( pretty sure some of you know this! ). This one is a local product and it is still available till today....
